Looking for your next creative challenge?

Graphic Designer

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a knack for making things look amazing across a wide range of media? If so, we’ve got an opening for an experienced graphic designer to join our team.
About the role

You’ll need to have experience working in a commercial/agency environment (aka you’ve discovered the joys of being creative on a deadline) and be able to demonstrate strong layout and typographic skills.

Ideally you’ll be happy using a Mac and know the Adobe Creative Suite like the back of your hand, with a focus on Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of video editing, animation or web design is a bonus and we can help you develop in either of these areas if you have an interest.

Working at Kensa:

Good design is central to everything we do here at Kensa, so as part of our design team you’ll get involved in a bit of everything. Day to day work can vary from crafting brand identities and building brochures to coming up with (and executing) cross-media conceptual advertising campaigns, all for an extremely diverse range of clients.

We run an informal, flexible working environment where you’ll have the ability to develop your strengths, learn new skills and really make the role your own. We’ll supply the latest software, a nice shiny Mac and all the coffee you can drink, plus the occasional pizza.

You’ll need to have:

  • A strong portfolio of work that shows us what you’re capable of
  • Keen layout and composition skills
  • An enthusiastic attitude and a passion for design
  • Good time management and organisational skills (for a creative)
  • A boatload of ideas and a sense of humour
  • The ability to play nicely with others
  • A pair of slippers

You’ll get:

A competitive salary, a buttload of benefits and a genuinely nice environment to work in.

Working hours:

9-5 Monday to Friday
(We actually mean that too, we respect your time and don’t believe in pressured overtime).

Location:

Our purpose built office in Telford, Shropshire. Easy access from the motorway and plenty of free parking!
