Terms & Conditions
- The competition runs in 2 periods; from Monday 8th August 2016 to midnight on Sunday 14th August 2016 and from Monday 15th August to midnight on Sunday 21st August 2016.
- Only one entry per prize draw/competition, per reader.
- We reserve the right to disqualify and remove any entries which are offensive or we believe to be fraudulent / manipulated.
- No purchase necessary, though you’re always welcome to use us for your design and marketing needs.
- Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over (unless you are an existing international customer).
- Winners will be determined based on the highest valid scores as of midnight at the end of each promotion period.
- We reserve the right to send you future marketing communications about Kensa Creative, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We will never share your data with anybody else.
- Winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 1 week of the closing date. Following such notification, the winners will be required to send us full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.
- If the we can’t: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at our sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to us within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, we reserve the right to donate it to the next eligible highest scoring participant.
- Please allow 7 days for delivery of the Prize. We accept no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post (you’ve used Royal Mail before, right?).
- Any issues with the game or code in general are entirely Wen’s fault.
